Experience has shown us that when the project is complete, our fee to do your project will be less than you expect. Our fixed price quote is determined by our mutually agreeing on the amount of work that needs to be done.
Over the years, we have developed a simple three phase process we now use to quote our clients a fixed price fee. This is how it works:
- The Meeting:
We meet with you to learn about your organization and what your clients need to know about your organization. - The Design and Quotation:
In collaboration with you, we develop at least two designs for the project; when the design is accepted, we develop a quotation which details what will be delivered to you, by what date, and for how much. - The Creation and Publishing:
We develop the website and upload it to a test site for review and test it fully in the major browsers. After final acceptance, we publish to your website.
