Quotation Process

Over the years, experience has helped us develop a process we now use to quote you a fee for our services. Here is how it works:

1. We meet with you and learn what your and your clients’ needs are.
2. We develop at least two concept documents and meet again. If we are off the target we will develop two more concept documents.
3. When the concept document is acceptable, we will then develop a work statement which details what will be delivered to you when the project is complete.
4. When the work statement is approved, we then provide you a fixed price quote, based on that mutually agreed statement of work.
5. Finally, after you accept the quote, we create the item(s) based on the statement of work and for the agreed price.
